该文采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶圆盘电泳技术，对斑海豹心肌、肝脏、胰腺、肾组织和骨骼肌的ＬＤＨ同工酶谱进行了分析。结果表明斑海豹不同组织ＬＤＨ同工酶的区带数目、相对活性和亚基含量均具组织特异性，并且计和胰腺中不存在ＬＤＨ１。
