国家自然科学基金项目,执行时间为2006年1月至2008年12月。该项目基于GALILEO系统要求,建立一套卫星导航系统完备性监测算法,提出用于区域卫星导航定位完备性监测的总体方案和监测站布网方案,利用我国区域性连续卫星定位网,建立一个完备性监测示范系统,并分析在我国利用卫星导航系统进行飞机三级导航(CATⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ)的可能性,为精密导航应用提供可靠的理论和试验依据。
