近日，中国农业科学院农业质量标准与检测技术研究所农业标准物质创新团队建立了乳粉中二十二碳六烯酸（DHA）成分高准确度定值方法，制备了均匀、稳定且量值准确的我国首个乳粉中DHA成分分析用标准物质。相关成果发表在《食品化学（Food Chemistry）》上，并获得国家二级标准物质1项。
