该项目鉴于缺Fe黄化对葡萄产量和品质均影响进行研究。阐明了福建山地龙眼园缺Mg原因,提出了龙眼Mg素营养诊断标准和龙眼缺Mg的调控措施;明确了龙眼Mg素吸收特性取决于介质供Mg状况和缺Mg胁迫对龙眼叶片光合作用、氮、核酸、活性氧代谢及内源激素含量的影响;提出了缺N胁迫下葡萄叶片光合速率的下降是缺N直接导致光合酶活力下降所致。该成果具有十分重要的实践意义。
