研究动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者血清S100B蛋白和神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平与Hunt-Hess分级及预后的关系。方法 选取2016年5月至2019年7月间梅州市人民医院神经外科诊治的动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者60例为观察组,并选择60例健康志愿者为对照组,检测并比较所有受检者S100B蛋白及NSE的差异,并分析观察组患者S100B蛋白及NSE与Hunt-Hess分级及预后的关系。
