研究了没食子酸辛酯标准样品的制备、均匀性和稳定性及其定值试验。将没食子酸辛酯工业品用无水乙醇溶解,再用纯水稀释后重结晶,得到高纯度的没食子酸辛酯标准样品。没食子酸辛酯含量测定采用液相色谱面积归一化法。所研制的没食子酸辛酯标准样品通过了均匀性检验和稳定性检验(6个月)。经定值检测,该标准样品的质量分数为 99.472 0%,不确定度为 0.03%。
