In this paper, by using the method of coincidence degree theory, we explore the existence
of periodic solutions for a cooperative ecological model on time scales.
We prove the Gr¨uss inequality on time scales and thus unify corresponding continuous
and discrete versions from the literature. We also apply our results to the quantum
calculus case.
