近二十多年来，遗传性疾病和先天畸形的发病率及死亡率相对上升，因而引起了医学界的普遍重视，但有关小儿遗传病发病情况的资料，国内文献报道甚少[1,2]，我们于1980年4-7 月在武汉市二个市区及一个郊县的三个公社，对儿童遗传病和先天畸形的发病情况进行了调查，现将结果报告如下。
