探讨经尿道1 470 nm半导体激光前列腺剜除术(DiLEP)治疗体积>80 mL的良性前列腺增生症(BPH)患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法2016年1月至2018年1月复旦大学附属上海市第五人民医院为74例大体积BPH患者实施DiLEP术,收集这些患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,观察手术时间、膀胱持续冲洗时间、留置导尿时间、住院天数、术后血红蛋白及血清钠离子变化情况、手术并发症。
