上皮间质转化（EMT）是上皮细胞来源的恶性肿瘤细胞获得迁移和侵袭能力的重要生物学过程，在EMT的形成机制中，转化生长因子β（TGF-β）被认为起了关键性作用。笔者就EMT与肿瘤侵袭转移的关系，以及TGF-β介导EMT的相关信号通路进行综述。
